SE Building Solutions works with you, your architect and your consultants to establish a clear pathway from design and pricing into construction and handover.

Stage 1

Onsite Meeting

During this meeting we discuss your lifestyle goals, ideas, budget and future plans as well as answer any questions you have. We explain our approach to building and how we can help you turn your ideas into reality.

We do this meeting onsite to get a greater understanding of your home and can discuss any aspects of the property that will impact design.

Design & Early Builder Involvement

Some clients come to SE Building Solutions with a complete architectural team and documented plans. Others involve us earlier while their project is still being designed.

Where we are engaged early, we can collaborate with your architect or building designer to provide practical construction input around buildability, budget, programme and methodology as the design develops.

If you do not yet have an architect or designer, we can also introduce you to professionals whose work may suit your project.

The objective is to bring the right team together early and create alignment between design, budget and construction before work begins on site.

Contract

Once the plans and project documentation are sufficiently developed, we will confirm the most appropriate pricing and contract pathway for the project. Clients will receive clear scope and specification information before construction begins, creating clarity across the build.

Construction

We understand that building a home is a big deal! Communication with your builder and the team is integral to a harmonious build and we ensure that clients are kept informed every step of the way. We use cutting edge technology as well as good old fashioned people skills to keep you engaged in the process. The team run an inclusive job site and we encourage you to attend regular onsite meetings with the builder and the building team to see the progress yourself and ensure we are all on the same page.

Handover

Practical completion is what it’s all about. After months of hard work this is the stage, everyone has been working towards. The team are thrilled to hand you over the keys to your forever home and celebrate with a cold drink. At this stage we encourage you to invite friends and family for the big reveal as its time to enjoy your new home.
