With an established background delivering detailed residential projects in Brisbane, we have expanded our local Gold Coast presence while retaining the hands-on building leadership and selective project approach on which the business was built.
Led by award-winning licensed builder Stephen Epps, we work closely with homeowners, architects and building designers to understand the design, identify construction considerations and establish a clear pathway into the building phase.
Our aim is not to be the largest builder on the Gold Coast. It is to deliver a carefully selected portfolio of architectural projects with experienced construction oversight, close collaboration and clear communication.

Our Pre-Construction Process
Some clients come to SE Building Solutions with a complete architectural team and documented plans. Others involve us earlier while their project is still being designed.
Where we are engaged early, we can collaborate with your architect or building designer to provide practical construction input around buildability, budget, programme and methodology as the design develops.
If you do not yet have an architect or designer, we can also introduce you to professionals whose work may suit your project.
The objective is to bring the right team together early and create alignment between design, budget and construction before work begins on site.
